The Host Venue

By purchasing a ticket or entering a "MESSY" branded event, you agree to these Terms.
Effective Date: March 2026
Nightshift Media Group Pty Ltd provides the branding, marketing, and creative direction for "MESSY." The Ticket Holder acknowledges that Nightshift Media Group is a promotional entity and not the owner, operator, or licensee of the physical premises. All hospitality services, security, and crowd management are provided solely by the Venue.
The Venue as Contractor: The Venue is solely responsible for compliance with local Liquor Licensing, Health and Safety, and Building codes.
Right of Refusal: The Venue's staff and security reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any patron in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws. Nightshift Media Group has no authority to overrule Venue security decisions.
No Refunds for Venue Ejection: If the Venue denies you entry for intoxication, dress code violations, or antisocial behaviour, no refund will be provided by the Promoter or the Venue.
Operational Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightshift Media Group Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring within the Venue, including but not limited to slips, falls, or interactions with Venue staff/security.
Indemnity: The Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify Nightshift Media Group against any claims arising from the Ticket Holder's breach of the Venue's house rules.
Major Changes: If the Venue becomes unavailable or the event is cancelled, Nightshift Media Group will facilitate communication regarding refunds or rescheduling.
Force Majeure: Neither the Promoter nor the Venue is liable for failure to perform obligations due to "Acts of God," pandemics, or government-mandated closures.
The Brand: "MESSY" is a trademark of Nightshift Media Group Pty Ltd.
Capture: By entering, you consent to being filmed. You acknowledge that media captured is for the promotion of the "MESSY" brand globally and may be used by the Promoter or Venue across all current and future territories.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place.
